pentar stamping services

We understand that your parts may need additional servicing after they've been stamped–that's why we work hard with other companies to perform a variety of service work. Our partners are able to weld, rivet, plate, coat, heat treat and assemble your parts quickly and affordably.

Pentar Stamping is dedicated and committed in helping to strengthen the local economy and to create jobs in our area. We begin at home first, then branch out from there to meet your specific needs and provide any required services.

our process - simultaneous engineering

Not only do we have experience with outsourced prototype parts, we have experience with parts after they've been created. We utilize our experience manufacturing and performing service work to predict what issues a new product part may have down the road and keep these in mind during design and development.

We use simultaneous engineering methods to create quick turn-around times while engineering your part. Simultaneous engineering revolves around two concepts. The first is the idea that all elements of a product's life-cycle, from functionality, producibility, assembly, testability, maintenance issues, environmental impact and finally disposal and recycling, should be taken into careful consideration in the early design phases. We encourage and allow our entire team to plan the product together, even at early stages.

Iterative Prototyping

The second concept is that all design activities occur at the same time, or simultaneously. The overall goal being that the simultaneous nature of these processes significantly increases productivity, functionality and product quality, aspects that are obviously important in today's fast-paced market. This philosophy is key to the success of simultaneous engineering because it allows for errors and redesigns to be discovered and dealt with early in the design process when the project is still in a more abstract and possibly digital realm.

By locating and fixing these issues early, we can avoid what often become costly errors as the project moves to more complicated computational models and eventually into the physical realm.

This means more issues are found early on in the design process, saving you money in design and material costs before prototypes are physically created.
